What is it?

I've been collecting unusual objects for quite a while, and several years ago I started posting them on this site as puzzles for visitors to figure out what they are. Most of the items are mine but a few belong to others, if you aren't interested in tools there are plenty of other type objects that have also been posted.

For first time visitors I recommend this archive for a wide variety of some of my best pieces.

  • #113 is a nail clipper for pets, I bought one at Fry's for my little Yorkie.

I didn't know what this one was when I posted it, I thought it might be some type of cutter for hardware, but you're correct that it's for nails.

  • >>#110 Staple remover?

Nope, it isn't a staple remover.

    >>Bird (duck?) call

You get partial credit for this one, it's a call, but not for birds.

  • >>#110 looks like it might be for prying the lids off paint cans. It seems to have a bottle opener in the handle.

It does work great on paint cans, but it was made for lifting lids from jars.
